Skills and Experience:

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English – oral/written/comprehension
  • Outgoing
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages (via telephone and/or email)
  • Excellent listener
  • Customer service experience – call center experience is an asset
  • Positive attitude and professional work ethic
  • Ability to work within a team – proactive and dependable
  • Computer skills (using search databases, typing, etc.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Outbound calling to businesses.
  • Answer telephone an email enquiries about our programs, promotions, birthday party information with bookings and service
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
