Do I need to make a reservation? How can I get tickets?

While reservations are not mandatory for park entry, we welcome walk-in visitors. Nonetheless, we advise making an online reservation if you intend to enjoy our attractions on public holidays, school breaks or weekends as these are usually our busiest days.

For your convenience, tickets can be easily purchased and waivers filled out directly on our website. And don't forget, if there's still space available, you can also grab your tickets in person at the park.

What is a waiver? Do I have to sign a waiver even if I am not jumping?

The "waiver" is a duly completed and signed iSaute liability document, which must be presented in order for people to participate in activities or gain access to the attractions area.

This document is MANDATORY for all park visitors, whether or not they intend to participate in jumping activities.

For participants under the age of 18, it is imperative that a parent, legal guardian or person with parental authority under the Civil Code of Québec complete and sign the waiver on behalf of the minor child.

For your convenience, the iSaute waiver can be completed online, from any smartphone or computer.

Is there an age limit to jump?

If you can walk, you can jump! We have a designated area for jumpers 6 years & younger. Everyday, we reserve the entire park just for our little jumpers from 9am-10am. On Friday and Saturday evenings 9pm to 11pm, the park is reserved to jumpers from 13 years old and over.

Minors under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a responsible adult while at the facility.

Is there a weight limit to jump?

Yes, our manufacturer informs us that the weight limit to jump on the trampolines is set at 300 lbs (136 kg).

What should I wear to jump?

Loose comfortable clothing is preferred. Shoes are not permitted on the trampolines. For safety reasons, special iSaute socks (On sale on site, 3.99$+tx) are required, you can reuse them on your future visits.

What is a PIN code?

The PIN code is a number you choose for yourself to protect your waiver.

Do you have lockers?

We have individual electronic lockers for personal items. Small ones are 3$ and large ones are 5$. We encourage this practice for valuables!

Do you allow outside food or drink?

Please note that outside food and beverages are NOT permitted in our parks, unless you have booked a birthday party package. If you are having a birthday party with us, you are welcome to bring outside food as you wish.

How old do you have to be to come jump without a parent?

Jumpers must be at least 13 years old in order to be left at the iSaute park without a responsible adult.

I’m planning on coming to watch my child jump, do I have to pay?

Absolutely not, spectators (those not jumping) are welcome as observers. They can use the benches and sofas located around our trampolines, as well as the free Wi-Fi connection.

Is it possible for adults to jump alongside kids during the kids flight promotion from 9-10am?

Yes, during this time, accompanying adults can provide gentle assistance to their children while jumping. However, please note that this time slot is specifically designated for young jumpers (6 years old and under), so we kindly request parents and accompanying adults to refrain from making vigorous jumps themselves.

Do I need to make a reservation for a birthday or group?

Yes, a reservation is required, you can make your birthday reservation online or at the park.
For groups, you can fill out the online form (on the Birthdays and Events page) and a member of the team will contact you.

Do you offer group rates?

We do offer group rates for groups over 20 people. Simply complete the form online on the Birthdays and Events page and a team member will contact you.

Do I have to print out or bring my ticket?

There is no need to print the ticket, just have your confirmation number when you come to the park, this will allow us to confirm your purchase through our computer system.

Is it possible to make a reservation using a gift card?

Please note that GIFT CARDS are only valid in the park and are not usable for online reservations. Gift card holders are not required to make advance reservations to visit the iSaute parks. Gift card holders benefit from access to the park at any time without advance reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

All pre-purchased jump time sales are final, and no refunds will be given.

What are your measures for sanitation and cleanliness in the park?

iSaute cares about the health of our Guests and Team Members!

We are committed to the cleanliness and sanitation of our parks and will continue to have sanitizer stations readily available throughout the park for your convenience. We will frequently wipe down high touch surfaces to include but not limited to handles, railings and counters. We will continue the use of a Antimicrobial Fogging system that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses and is water-based. Once sprayed it can block the growth for up to 3 weeks.

Can we reserve and pay at the park?

When reserving online, payment is also made at this time. It is important to note that reserving a ticket online does not allow you to defer payment until you arrive at the park.
