How do jump passes work?

Jump time is sold by the 60, 90 and 120 minutes and jumpers start and finish on the quarter (15 minutes). During that time jumpers can rotate from area to area.

What is the waiver, do I have to sign a waiver?

Every jumper and spectator must have a completed and signed iSaute liability waiver on file in order to participate or access the attractions area. For those participants under 18 years old, a parent, legal guardian or person having parental authority pursuant to the Civil code of Quebec must complete and sign the waiver on behalf of the minor child. For your convenience, the ISaute waiver may be filled out online from any smartphone or computer device.

Do I have to sign the waiver when I'm not jumping?

Yes, the waiver is required for every guest to the park including non-jumpers.

Is there an age limit to jump?

If you can walk, you can jump! We have a designated area for jumpers 6 years & younger. Everyday, we reserve the entire park just for our little jumpers from 9am-10am. On Friday and Saturday evenings 9pm to 11pm, the park is reserved to jumpers from 13 years old and over.

Minors under the age of 13 should be accompanied by a responsible adult while at the facility.

Is there a weight limit to jump?

Yes, our manufacturer informs us that the weight limit to jump on the trampolines is set at 300 lbs (136 kg).

How old do you have to be to come jump without a parent?

Jumpers must be at least 13 years old in order to be left at the iSaute park without a responsible adult.

I’m planning on coming to watch my child jump, do I have to pay?

Certainly not, Spectators (non-jumpers) are welcome to do just that…. spectate. Take advantage of the benches and couches, all around our trampolines, and the free Wi-Fi! Certain conditions apply with birthday party packages.

What should I wear to jump?

Loose comfortable clothing is preferred. Shoes are not permitted on the trampolines. For safety reasons, special iSaute socks (On sale on site, 3.50$+tx) are required, you can reuse them on your future visits.

**Please note that socks from other parks will not be accepted, thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to make a reservation?

You are not obligated to reserve before coming into our park. Walk-ins are welcome. However, we strongly recommend you reserve online if you are planning to come jump on a public holiday or weekends, because these are our most frequented days.

Do I need to make a reservation for a birthday or group?

Yes, a reservation is required, you can make your birthday reservation online or contact our customer service at 514-761-7373.
For groups, you can fill out the online form and a member of the team will contact you.

Should I buy tickets online or in park??

We offer our customers both options. In order to guarantee a place and speed up the process on site, we always advise you to buy your tickets and fill out the waiver online. Note that it is possible to buy tickets at the park provided that spots are still available.

Do I have to print out or bring my ticket?

There is no need to print the ticket, just have your confirmation number when you come to the park, this will allow us to confirm your purchase through our computer system.

Do you offer group rates?

We do offer group rates for groups over 20 people. Simply contact our customer service by phone or email to make a reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

All pre-purchased jump time sales are final, and no refunds will be given.

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week to the public. Please take note of our hours and pricing by clicking here.

Do you have lockers?

We have individual electronic lockers for personal items. Small ones are 5$ and large ones are 8$. We encourage this practice for valuables!

Do you allow outside food or drink?

No outside food or drink is permitted into the iSaute park unless the participant has purchased a birthday party package. In this case, the guest is allowed to bring outside food for the party that is desired.

What is a PIN code?

The PIN code is a number you choose for yourself to protect your waiver.

What are your measures for sanitation and cleanliness in the park?

iSaute cares about the health of our Guests and Team Members!

We are committed to the cleanliness and sanitation of our parks and will continue to have sanitizer stations readily available throughout the park for your convenience. We will frequently wipe down high touch surfaces to include but not limited to handles, railings and counters. We will continue the use of a Antimicrobial Fogging system that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses and is water-based. Once sprayed it can block the growth for up to 3 weeks.
