ALWAYS
- Always one Guest per belay. Wait for a Team Member to clip and unclip you from a belay.
- Always raise your hand when you are ready to be clipped in or out of a belay or when you need help.
- Always ensure the carabiner is properly attached to the harness belay loop and the latch is fully closed/locked.
- Always let go of the wall and sit back in your harness with your feet against the wall, when ready to descend.
- Always descend feet first using feet to fend off obstacles and prepare for landing.
- Always make sure the descent path and landing area is completely clear before starting down.
- Always control your descent from the wall and land with slightly bent knees to absorb landing.
- Always be aware of those around you and nearby obstacles at all times.
- Always tie back and secure long hair. Remove necklaces, scarves, and drawstrings.
- Always follow all park rules and Team Member instructions.
DO NOT
- Do not climb unless you are wearing a harness and a Team Member has clipped you into a belay.
- Do not clip or unclip your own belay. Always ask a Team Member for help.
- Do not operate any of the carabiners, belays, or activities without assistance.
- Do not climb if the Auto Belay stops retracting. Notify the operator immediately!
- Do not hold on to the wall when descending. Let go of the wall and sit back in your harness.
- Do not climb above another Guest, climb above the highest grip, or climb above the belay.
- Do not swing, attempt flips, or aerial maneuvers of any kind.
- Do not allow the line to wrap around or become entangled with your neck, extremities, arms, or legs.
- Do not hang upside down or slide down the wall.
- Do not stand in or run through landing zones. Do not push, tackle, or engage in horseplay of any kind.
- Do not attempt anything beyond your personal limitations, ability, or skill level.
- Do not participate if a Team Member is not present.
MINIMUM WEIGHT PER GUEST: 30 Pounds (13.6 kg)
MAXIMUM WEIGHT PER GUEST: 300 Pounds (136 kg)
