The membership can be used during the 'Kids Jump' sessions and grants access to one accompanying parent per membership. Membership is first-come, first-served, but jump time can be reserved in advance through our website. The membership is valid for 30 days from the purchase date and is automatically renewed for an additional 30 days unless canceled without fees by the member. The added parent or guardian option must be a parent or guardian and cannot be substituted by a sibling, older child, etc. To cancel, please contact a park team member by phone or by visiting the park at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
