1. Reservations are recommended to guarantee your jump time due to high traffic, especially during school breaks, holidays and weekends. We highly recommend booking your tickets in advance.
*Please note that every participant is required to wear our special iSaute anti-slip socks, which can be purchased for 3.99$+tx.
2. All park visitors, including non-jumpers, are required to complete a waiver. The waiver can be found in the menu bar and should be filled out after you make your reservation.
3. Please be aware that gift cards are only valid for in-park purchases and cannot be used for online reservations. If you hold a gift card, you do not need to make an advance reservation to visit iSaute parks.

**Offered Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm**
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking a birthday party. The remaining balance will be paid on the party date. If a party needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be reapplied to the new date if it's done with a 7 days’ advance notice.
Please note that outside food and beverages are NOT permitted in our parks, unless you have booked a birthday party package. If you are having a birthday party with us, you are welcome to bring outside food as you wish.
You must arrive 15-20 minutes early.
You are welcome to bring any additional decorations of your choice. However, confetti and piñatas are not allowed.
Generally, you can have as many guests as you wish in the party room. We recommend that you do not exceed 20 people in order to maintain a certain level of comfort.
Covid cautious
We will operate at reduced capacity due to government regulations on Covid-19 restrictions. Therefore, the number of non-jumpers may be limited.
