  • What is the Waiver?

Every jumper must have a completed and signed iSaute liability waiver in order to jump. For those participants under 18 years old, a parent, legal guardian or person having parental authority pursuant to the Civil code of Quebec must complete and sign the waiver for the minor child. We may request identification in the form of a valid driver’s license. Using a fake name, signing for another person is considered fraud and anyone caught doing this will be banned from the iSaute facility. For your convenience, the waiver may be filled out online from any smart phone or computer device. A downloadable pdf waiver may also be printed for one day.

    How do things work?

Jump time is sold by the hour and jumpers start and finish on the half hour. During that time jumpers are allowed to rotate from area to area. During busy times, jumpers may be asked to move to a different area in order to facilitate crowd control and keep jumpers safe.

Is there an age limit to jump?

If you can walk, you can jump! We have a designated area for jumpers 6 years & younger. During busy times all young jumpers will be required to stay in this area for safety reasons. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, (minus no school days and holidays) we reserve the entire park just for our little jumpers from 9am-10am. On Friday and Saturday evenings 9 to midnight, we allow jumpers from 13 years old and over.

Is there a weight limit to jump?

Yes, our manufacturer informs us that the weight limit to jump on the trampolines is set at 300 lbs (136 kg).

What should I wear to jump?

Loose comfortable closing is preferred. Shoes are not permitted on the trampoline. We highly encourage jumpers purchase our reusable custom grip socks or to jump barefoot. For safety reasons, we do not allow jumping while wearing ordinary socks. Rest assured, our trampolines are sanitized daily.

Is there somewhere to put my personal belongings?

We have individual lockers for personal items. The lockers, however do not have locks but jumpers are allowed to bring their own lock from home and we encourage this for valuables.

Do you allow outside food or drink?

No outside food or drink is permitted into the iSaute facility unless the participant has purchased a birthday party package. In this case, the customer is allowed to bring in his party room any outside food for the party that is desired.

Do I need to make a reservation?

You are not obligated to reserve before coming into our facility. Walk-ins are welcome. However, we strongly recommend you to reserve online if you are planning to come jump on a public holiday, because these are our most frequented days.

How old do you have to be to come jump without a parent?

Jumpers must be at least 12 years old in order to be left at the iSaute facility without a responsible adult.

    Is iSaute dangerous?

Unlike your typical backyard trampoline, its’ virtually impossible to fall off our trampolines as there is custom decking built up to the trampoline level. Our equipment follows the ASTM standards and is properly inspected and maintained regularly. Like any physical activity, accidents can occur with the most common being trampoline burns, bruises and minor sprained ankles. Based on research, less than 2 of every 1,000 participants will be injured with majority of those being very minor. Jumpers that follow the safety guidelines and jump within their limits will not get hurt.

    What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week to the public. Please take note of our hours and pricing by clicking here.

I’m planning on coming to watch my kids jump, do I have to pay?

Certainly not. Spectators are welcome to do just that…. spectate. Take advantage of the benches and couches, all around our trampolines, and the free Wi-Fi! Certain conditions apply with birthday parties’ packages.

    What is your cancellation policy?

All pre-purchased jump time sales are final and no refunds will be given. Deposits for birthday parties and large group events are non-refundable. However, it is possible to reschedule a party with a 7 day or more advance notice and the deposit will apply to the new date.
