VACCINE PASSPORT

The province of Quebec announced that vaccine passports for non-essential services would be mandatory as of September 1, 2021.

Our iSaute parks are considered non-essential and fall into the category to which the mandate applies. Also, there is nothing more important to iSaute than the health and safety of our team members and Guests.

Because of this, our parks will require ALL Guests 13 years of age or older to present proof of immunization and identification.

Steps to follow:
Upload your proof of vaccination containing a QR code and then download the VaxiCode application.

*Available on Google Play and App Store

    Physical Distancing

We will be operating at reduced capacity to maintain physical distancing. Please fill out your waiver & book your space online to reduce the time spent waiting in the entrance area.

A face covering (mask) are required when entering any of our five iSaute parks with the following exceptions:

    Sanitizers

We will have sanitizer stations readily available throughout the park for your convenience. We ask that you use these before and after each time on an attraction.

    Clean Surfaces

We will have a dedicated Team Member frequently wipe down high touch surfaces to include but not limited to handles, railings and counters.

    Antimicrobial Fogging System

We have implemented a new Antimicrobial Fogging system that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses and is water-based. Once sprayed it can block the growth for up to 3 weeks. We apply this in our parks once a week.
