Dear Guests,
As a company, we also have a responsibility to do our part to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in Quebec.
It is for this reason, following the latest news from our government, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our parks. Be sure to keep an eye on our Social Media pages for the announcement of the reopening date.
This decision is not easy for us but iSaute’s management strongly believes that it is the right thing to do for the well-being of our Guests, our employees and all Quebecers.
We encourage all Quebecers to do their part and help stop the spread of COVID-19 so that we can return to our regular activities as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize if this decision causes you any inconvenience and wish to reassure you that we will be back as soon as the current situation improves.
iSaute cares about the health of our Guests and Team Members. Please review the temporary guidelines described below in order to minimize risk of exposure to COVID-19 during your visit. A greeter will welcome you explaining our guidelines and procedures.
All Team Members will have their temperatures checked prior to their shifts and wear a face mask at all times. All Guests will have their temperatures checked prior to entering the park and are encouraged to wear a face covering.
A face covering (mask) are required when entering any of our five iSaute parks with the following exceptions:
We will be operating at reduced capacity to maintain physical distancing. Please fill out your waiver & book your space online to reduce the time spent waiting in the entrance area.
We will have sanitizer stations readily available throughout the park for your convenience. We ask that you use these before and after each time on an attraction.
We will have a dedicated Team Member frequently wipe down high touch surfaces to include but not limited to handles, railings and counters.
We have implemented a new Antimicrobial Fogging system that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses and is water-based. Once sprayed it can block the growth for up to 3 weeks. We apply this in our parks once a week.
During your visit, to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus, we encourage you and your guests to:
