iSaute cares about our community!

iSaute cares about the health of our Guests and Team Members. Please review the temporary guidelines described below in order to minimize risk of exposure to COVID-19 during your visit. A greeter will welcome you explaining our guidelines and procedures.

Control

All Team Members will have their temperatures checked prior to their shifts and wear a face mask at all times.

A face covering (mask) are required when entering any of our five iSaute parks with the following exceptions:

Only children under 10 years old and those with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a face covering are exempt.
People when seated while eating or drinking a beverage and respecting physical distance requirements (2 meters).
It will be possible to remove your mask temporarily when you practice a sport or physical activity and are respecting physical distancing requirements (2 meters).

Physical Distancing

We will be operating at reduced capacity to maintain physical distancing. Please fill out your waiver & book your space online.

Sanitizers

We will have sanitizer stations readily available throughout the park for your convenience.

Clean Surfaces

We will have a dedicated Team Member frequently wipe down high touch surfaces.

Antimicrobial Fogging System

We have implemented a new Antimicrobial Fogging system that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses and is water-based.

Please do not enter the park if you or anyone in your household:

Exhibits cold or flu-like symptoms such as an elevated temperature, cough, running nose or shortness of breath
Has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days
Has traveled outside of the province or region in the past 14 days
Is in an at-risk group such as older persons or persons with serious underlying health condition

During your visit, to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus, we encourage you and your guests to:

Maintain optimal physical distancing at all times
Wear your personal protective face covering
Avoid direct contact with Team Members and other Guests not in your household
Practice good coughing and sneezing etiquette along with proper tissue usage and disposal
Avoid touching your face, eyes or nose
Frequently wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or sanitize your hands
Avoid touching other people’s cell phones & personal items

Please Note:

At various times throughout your visit, our Team Members may ask you to wait in line (or a queue) to facilitate optimal cleaning and physical distancing as required.
Drinking fountains have temporarily been taken out of service to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
All Guests will be required to complete a new waiver prior to participating or entering the attractions area(s).
