A non-refundable deposit of $100 + taxes is required at the time of booking a birthday party. The remaining balance will be paid on the party date. If a party needs to be rescheduled, the deposit can be reapplied to the new date if it's done with a 7 days’ advance notice.
No outside food or drink is permitted into the iSaute park unless the participant has purchased a birthday party package. In this case, the guest is allowed to bring outside food for the party that is desired.
You can arrive 15-20 minutes early.
You are welcome to bring any additional decorations of your choice.
Every jumper and spectator must have a completed and signed iSaute liability waiver on file in order to participate or access the attractions area. For those participants under 18 years old, a parent, legal guardian or person having parental authority pursuant to the Civil code of Quebec must complete and sign the waiver on behalf of the minor child. For your convenience, the ISaute waiver may be filled out online from any smartphone or computer device.
Generally, you can have as many guests as you wish in the party room. We recommend that you do not exceed 20 people in order to maintain a certain level of comfort.
Covid cautious
We will operate at reduced capacity due to government regulations on Covid-19 restrictions. Therefore, the number of non-jumpers may be limited.
